A study on implementation of WHO labour care guide in low-risk pregnant women and its impact on maternal and perinatal outcome

Background: WHO Labour Care Guide is a labour monitoring tool that developed to support respectful maternity provide positive childbirth experience with evidence-based recommendations.Methods: This an observational study comparing care guide modified partograph in low-risk pregnant women who are active phase of labour. The included 80 labouring divided into two groups 40 participants each group. In group 1 was used and 2 as assess the course Maternal perinatal outcomes were analysed for both groups.Results: There no significant difference caesarean section rates instrumental deliveries between groups. rise incidence PPH meconium-stained liquor compared 1.
